Refund Policy

* Perishable Nature:
We have a no-return policy for perishable items once they have left the premises or been dellvered, due to food safety and quality control.

* Damage or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives Incorrect, or has a significant quality issues, contact the bakery immediately (within 24 hours). We will likely require photos of the issue and will work to resolve it.

*Cancellations/ Refund:

We do not offer refunds or cancellations once orders are confirmed.

But good news — we offer FREE nationwide shipping

*Shipping:
An order will be delivered in 3-5 working days based on the couriers capacity. Please enter the correct details upon checking out as we are not liable for these mistakes. Please be advised that the courier can only attempt to deliver 3 times. Thereafter, the parcel is returned to us which means we now also have to pay a delivery fee. Kindly note that if the parcel is returned to us, you will be liable for the cost and the cost to resend the items back to your location.
